Believe Chicago® has sparked a new energy in the city. AT&T employees in Chicago, like Michael Kerby, are honored to have the opportunity to spread love and awareness about the struggles often faced by low-income communities in the city. What started as a local effort in Chicago to reduce gun violence and poverty by providing more job opportunities, has evolved into a company-wide initiative to get more AT&T employees engaged with their communities in new and impactful ways. Kerby, who is an active part of Believe Chicago®, says the desire to help is contagious, and it makes him want to be a better person and a blessing to somebody every day. Believe Chicago® has re-energized him and the community, and he doesn’t expect that energy to subside any time soon.
